All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@journeo.com with your booking reference number. The following refund schedule applies based on the number of days before your departure date:
30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 5% admin fee.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking value.
8–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking value.
Under 7 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee applies).
Note: Deposits are non-transferable but may be credited toward a future booking within 12 months at our discretion.
In the rare event that we cancel your trip due to operational reasons or force majeure, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to rebook on alternative dates at the same price with no change fee.
Changes to departure dates, destinations, or passenger names requested by you may incur an amendment fee of up to $75 per person. Changes within 14 days of departure are subject to availability and may not be possible.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks. We can arrange travel insurance through our partner providers on request.
Failure to arrive for your departure without prior written notification will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows regardless of the reason.
To cancel a booking, email bookings@journeo.com with your booking reference, full name, and departure date. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
