All bookings are subject to availability. A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are issued as per our Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
We will provide the services as described in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries for safety or operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as practicable.
You must ensure all travelers hold valid travel documents. You are responsible for complying with all entry requirements, health requirements, and local laws. You agree to behave respectfully and not disrupt other travelers.
Journeo acts as a travel agent in some circumstances. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
